How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our products and select your favorites.
  2. Refer to our size chart to choose the correct size, then click ‘Add To Cart’.
  3. Once you’ve added everything you need to the cart, click on the cart icon to review your items.
  4. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  5. At checkout, confirm your shipping address and select a payment method. Finally, click ‘Place Order’ to confirm.

 

How do I check if my order is placed successfully?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and an order ID for tracking. You’ll receive another email when your order is shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • 1-4 business days in metro areas.
  • 4-7 business days in other areas. Delays may occur due to public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

How are dispatch and delivery details communicated?

You will receive updates via WhatsApp, email and SMS with your order details and a tracking ID.

What if my order is undelivered?

If our courier partner cannot deliver the products and they are returned to us, we will initiate a refund.

What should I do if my payment is deducted but the order wasn’t successful?

Check your bank account to confirm if the money was deducted. If it was and the order failed, contact your bank with the transaction ID and a screenshot for assistance.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges are applied. COD orders may incur additional shipping charges as specified.

What is your return and replacement policy?

We accept returns or replacements within 15 days of product delivery.

How do I return or replace a product?

Please ship the product back to us as we do not offer reverse pickup.

When is replacement not possible?

Replacement is not supported if:

  • The request is made after 15 days.
  • The product is damaged or used.
  • The product is without original packaging, barcodes, tags, freebies, or accessories. For defective or incorrect products, please provide a video and images when opening the package.

What is the policy during a sale?

During sales, we accept product replacements but not refunds within 15 days of delivery.

Do you take bulk orders?

Yes, for bulk orders please provide your company details, contact info, product details, and quantity via our email.

How can I get updates on the latest offers or products?

What if I want to add more products to my order?

Once an order is placed, additional products cannot be added. Please place a new order for any additional items.

What if I’m not available when my order is delivered?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery three times. You can coordinate with them to schedule a delivery at a more convenient time.

  • Avoid ironing stitches, trims, seams, and embellishments.
  • Do not soak garments for more than 15-25 minutes.
  • Avoid wringing out clothes.
  • Do not use hard brushes on prints.
  • Keep the iron moving to avoid scorching.
  • Iron printed products indirectly.
  • Machine wash in cold water, wash and dry inside out.
  • Wash colors separately as fabrics may bleed.
  • Tumble dry low.
  • Warm iron as needed.
